For guests who book using a credit card, please ensure the following documents are ready upon check-in:

If the guest is the credit card holder, they must present the credit card upon check-in. If the credit card holder is not present, please provide a self-attested copy of both sides of the credit card along with a signed authorization letter specifying the guests’ names, travel dates, property, and room type.

Please remember to black out the CVV number on the copy of the credit card before submission. Failure to provide these documents may result in reservation denial without refund.

Additionally, ensure you carry a valid identity proof matching the details provided during booking for verification at check-in.

We recommend securing your reservation with a cash deposit, service voucher, demand draft, or credit card payment at the time of booking to avoid any inconvenience.

We collect and utilize the information provided to us solely for the purpose of processing reservations. Your privacy is paramount, and we do not disclose this information to external parties unless it is essential for order completion.

For reservations made on behalf of someone else, the information is used solely for confirmation or delivery purposes, with stringent measures in place to protect privacy.

Email correspondence is exclusively utilized for responding to inquiries, with no sharing of addresses with external parties.

Data Collection: This notice pertains to all data collected or submitted through the bookmyboat website. You have the option to subscribe to our mailing list for receiving timely updates and exclusive offers directly to your email inbox. Additionally, you may share our website with friends whom you believe would be interested in planning a trip or experiencing a stay at our property.

Reservation Policy: In the rare circumstance where we are unable to accommodate your guaranteed reservation, we will arrange alternative accommodation and transportation at our expense.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancel before 30 days prior to check-in: Full refund
  • Cancel before 15 days prior to check-in: 75% refund
  • Cancel before 7 days prior to check-in: 50% refund
  • Cancel less than 7 days prior to check-in: No refund
  • No refund for reservations between December 20th and January 10th.

No Show Policy: For guaranteed reservations that result in a no-show, bookmyboat reserves the right to apply a one-night retention charge.

Refund Policy: Refunds will be processed deducting bank transactions from cancellation charges. For credit card transactions, refunds will be credited back to the same credit card.

Child Policy:

  • Children up to 5 years old stay complimentary when sharing a room with adults.
